Step by step
Your first visit
Take it slowly the first time. The attendant will walk you through it.
Attendant hours: Mon–Fri 8 am – 2 pm, Sat 9 am – 1 pm, Sun closed.

Load up, close the door and note the machine number.

Tap your card or phone on the reader, or scan the QR code on the lid.

It starts
The machine starts as soon as payment goes through. Add your mobile for a text when it's nearly done.

Type your mobile on the payment page. We text you 5 minutes before the cycle ends.

Move to a dryer
Tap or scan the dryer the same way. $1 buys a set number of minutes, shown on the door.

Which cards work?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and eftpos, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on phones and watches.
Is there a card surcharge?
No. The price on the machine is the price you pay.
Can I start more than one machine at once?
Yes. Use the kiosk, pick every machine you need, and pay once. They all start together.
Do I get a receipt?
Add your email or mobile on the payment page and we send one straight away.
My card was charged but the machine did not start.
Call (02) 5550 4499 any hour. We restart the machine or refund the payment to the same card.
