This is a demo store. Replace these terms with ones reviewed for the real business before launch.

Using the machines

• Check pockets before washing. Pegline Laundry is not responsible for items left in clothing.
• Do not wash items soaked in oil, petrol or chemicals. They can catch fire in a dryer.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Please collect your laundry when the cycle ends so others can use the machine.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown on each machine and on our prices page and include GST. If a machine fails, call (02) 5550 4499 and we will restart it or refund the same card.

Wash & fold and pickup

• We wash at 40 °C unless you ask otherwise. Tell us about delicate or dry-clean-only items when you drop off.
• We check items but cannot accept responsibility for colour run, shrinkage or wear in items not labelled as machine washable.
• Claims for loss or damage must be made within 48 hours of collection.
• Orders not collected within 30 days may be donated to charity after we try to contact you.

Rewards and credit

Rewards apply to washes paid with the same card or wallet. Credit bonuses have no cash value. Unused paid credit can be refunded to the card it came from.

Lost property

Items left behind are kept for 14 days. Call or use the contact form to check.
