Questions
About prices
Do prices include GST?

How is wash & fold weighed?
We weigh your bag dry at the counter in front of you, round to the nearest 0.1 kg, and text you the price before we start.
Is there a minimum for wash & fold?
Yes, 5 kg. Smaller bags are charged at the minimum.
Can I mix self-service and wash & fold?
Of course. Lots of people wash doonas themselves in the big machines and leave their weekly clothes with us.
