Who we are

Pegline Laundry runs the laundromat at Shop 2, 41 Larkspur Lane, Marrickville NSW 2204. You can contact us on (02) 5550 4417 or through the contact form.

What we collect

• Details you type into our forms: name, email, mobile, address and your message.
• Payment details are handled by our payment provider at the machine and kiosk. We never see or store your full card number.
• A wash count linked to your card or phone wallet, so rewards work.
• Basic website statistics such as pages visited and the type of device.

How we use it

• To answer your message or run your pickup booking.
• To send texts you asked for, such as “your wash is nearly done”.
• To fix machine problems and give refunds.

We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

Text messages

We only text you if you give us your mobile and tick the box. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.

How long we keep it

Form messages are kept for up to 12 months. Booking records are kept for 2 years for tax purposes.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Call us or use the contact form and we will reply within 30 days.

Complaints

If you are not happy with how we handled your details, tell us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
